Kidz Kingdom is designed for children in kindergarten through sixth grade.  Our primary objectives are to:

• Practically demonstrate the love of God.
  
• Teach the truths of the Bible in a fun, age-appropriate way.

On Sunday morning your child will check in at the registration table and enter the chorus room which is our worship center for Kidz Kingdom.  Worship time, games, object lessons, and general announcements will take place while the whole group is gathered.  At approximately 10:30 grades 4 through 6 will proceed next door to the band room for teaching time.  Children in 1st through 3rd grade are to be picked up by a parent or approved sibling.  Grades 4 - 6 are dismissed at the conclusion of service.

Most children dress casual so they can take advantage of the structured, supervised playtime in the gym following the service. 

The curriculum we are using is from Group Publishing called FaithWeaver Bible Currciulum.  This curriculum is designed to make learning fun and uses a variety of active experiences to help students learn in the ways they learn best.  It also helps people of all ages "weave faith into life" by applying the Bible to their lives throughout every week.   

Every week your child will receive a take-home paper that includes ideas for family discussions and activities that will help cement what your child is learning at church.  Pleae check out the "HomeConnect" internet updates at www.faithweaver.com (just click on HomeConnect) for links on the internet that families can explore together to reinforce weekly Bible points.   

UPCOMING EVENTS: 

Classes change September 7.  Nursery and Toddler room will remain the same as far as age breakdowns.  Preschool will be 4, 5, Prek, and K.  Kidz Kingdom will be 1st - 6th grade. 

October - Start thinking about packing a shoe box for Operation Christmas Child.  Promotion on this will start the first week in October.  Be a missionary!
